"After several cold calls from SOLUTE, we were persuaded to collaborate with them, even though we have years of experience with Amazon Ads and have clearly outlined our findings. SOLUTE's offer sounded encouraging and legitimate. We agreed on a €500 test budget and selected a few top-selling products to promote. After three days, €350 had been wasted on 4-8 clicks per day at €4-€5 per click! We objected to this nonsense, and the campaigns were changed. Then they wanted us to increase our budget to €700 to improve our chances. After four weeks, the budget was almost gone, we had generated approximately 450 clicks, and not a single sale! ZERO. A lot of time, effort, and money wasted. We sell more without SOLUTE advertising."
"Anyone who thinks that increasing the base fee from €0.00 to €32.95 net for a partner account that's been inactive for over 12 months is completely "reasonable" (according to the terms and conditions) is in good hands here! I imagine customer acquisition differently. EDIT/Addendum: Of course, I contacted my account manager before posting this review. The response: "We have sent you proof of the price adjustment." As a gesture of goodwill, they shortened my cancellation period by one month. Nevertheless, I was charged €32.95 net for a partner account that's been inactive for over 12 months. The business relationship shouldn't have ended this way. What a shame!"
