"I do not use this service but i think its really cool how they send letters saying "ACTION REQUIRED" and you look up the address it brings up an IRS center. So you open the letter thinking its important but no it just says Im one step away from Sparklights most reliable internet... like i get sending junk mail but how is this allowed?"
"Kudos to Customer Service Technical Technician Barbara B. She walked me and my husband through the process of hooking up and activating a new modem and a Tri Band Mesh Wifi system this morning. She was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to work with her. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. She is awesome!"
"I have been a loyal customer for nearly 20 years. I haven’t had any problems until recently. First, the NFL network was taken away from our channel lineup and now Root sports is taken away from our channel lineup as well. Your Cable prices keep climbing and it’s getting to the point where I can’t afford it anymore. I don’t want to end service but I may have to if you don’t get in agreement with root sports to get the channel reinstated to our lineup. Please get a deal done with them as soon as possible. I want to watch the Seattle Mariners this spring and summer. Please don’t punish us. It’s not fair at all. Please reinstate Root Sports and add Root Sports back to your channel lineup."
"I have received so much predatory spam mail from the jerks at this address, I wouldn't purchase internet service from them if they were the last ISP on Earth!"
"Seems really weird. The people who rate the service they get, i.e. the customers (who should be placing reviews on here) give this place a really poor review. The 5 star reveiws are from the employees, who shouldn't be the ones placing their reviews on here. The majority of the people who place the reviews are the employees, which put the average rating of the service they provide to actually quite high. Why are the employees putting in their reviews. It's not a place to put that's it's a nice place to work, or the building is nice, etc. Really weird use of a rating system to push up the average rating. IMHO"
