"The new Marcolin Covering website project was a true team effort: we combined our knowledge of the various European markets, the technical, UX, and SEO expertise of Spider 4 Web, the graphic and design skills of Studio Deperu, and their in-depth knowledge of our brand. The project involved a variety of professionals and expertise with the common goal of increasing our brand awareness in the European market and communicating online the wide range of our transportation covering systems and the high-quality assistance and consulting services we offer. Two tools in particular have become key assets for our customers and our Technical Support team: the interactive "store locator" for identifying our European network of Service Points and, above all, the company web portal connected to the website and reserved for our workshops and dealers throughout Europe. The reserved area allows for the detailed organization of material so that informational and commercial documents can be distributed vertically to specific users or groups of users, based on their role and target market. To facilitate spare parts price list maintenance, a PDF document auto-generation feature has also been implemented, significantly improving the user experience and relieving our Technical Support of the burden of managing data changes and document creation, which was previously handled manually. With this asset, we have achieved 100% same-day request management, our Service Points have gained greater autonomy in preparing quotes and managing customer requests, and the introduction of online price lists allows us to eliminate the use of paper, representing a significant step towards environmental sustainability. In the future, we will integrate the reserved area of ​​our management software, further optimizing workflows according to our distinctive Lean approach.
