Every morning, I wake up to the most breathtaking panoramic views of Miami imaginable – the sparkling Atlantic stretching to the horizon, the iconic skyline, and the vibrant energy of the city below. It's a sight that never gets old. The penthouse itself is a masterpiece of modern design, spacious, airy, and filled with natural light. But what truly sets Panorama Tower apart are the exceptional amenities and service. The state-of-the-art fitness center rivals any private club, and the steam room and sauna provide the perfect retreat after a workout or a long day. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, and Dyanne, the building manager, is an absolute gem - always going above and beyond to ensure every resident feels at home. Simple conveniences like the package room, the well-stocked convenience store on the 19th floor, and the delightful coffee shop on the 18th make life effortlessly easy. The pool area is an oasis, offering a tranquil escape with stunning views. Even entering the building is a pleasure, thanks to the impressive lobby and the always-efficient valet service. While other commitments are sadly pulling me away from this paradise, I know that if I ever return to Miami, Panorama Tower will be my first and only choice. It's more than just a place to live; it's a lifestyle. It's a place where luxury, convenience, and community come together to create an unparalleled living experience. I'm so grateful for the time I've spent here, and I'll miss it dearly."

"This is a great space to live the staff is very helpful and welcoming, everyone in the community are friendly. The fitness classes are elite Harvey’s dedication to elevate the fitness equipment is not noticed. In addition his workouts strengthen my legs and core! I love Serena’s Pilates class. Ashley’s burnout class is not for the weak, Yoga with Jill is something I didn’t know I needed until now and Kensleys workouts are tough but necessary! . It safe to say a place I’d love to stay and hope they keep improving ."

"Not Worth the Price You're Paying for the View, Nothing Else This building is overpriced for what it actually offers. The listed rent is $$$$ but with mandatory services like their own required internet provider, it ends up being more which they should state that price to have all this included and for that price, you’re basically just paying for the view. The hallways are worn and need repainting. Inside the apartment, it’s decent, but it clearly wasn’t finished with care scuff marks everywhere and a constant sound of water running through the walls, making it impossible to have silence at night. There’s no guest parking at all, which is incredibly frustrating. Friends and family have to either pay $50+ for nearby street or garage parking, or pay $25 valet at the building no free guest option, which is shocking for how much we’re paying to live here. The move in process was also a mess. You’re required to use the service elevator, but trying to coordinate with the building is a nightmare. They kept changing the elevator time window. When we couldn’t access it and called at 7 PM, they told us they were closed. Completely unprofessional. For this price, I expected much better management, amenities, and overall experience. Would not recommend."

"Amazing place to live. Everything from security of the building the ease of moving in/out to the staff and amenities. I had a water view and honestly could not have asked for anything better. Any small issue that may have popped up was taken care of promptly. Even when my movers were delayed by a week, they accommodated me when they had no reason or obligation to. Raquel from the leasing office has been phenomenal and same with the rest of the staff. Only reason I left is because work taking me out of state otherwise if I move back will move here again. Even recommended friends to the building. Can't go wrong in a city filled with dubious renters/buildings. 100% recommend and would move back here in a heartbeat if coming back to Miami."

"Panorama is one of the best buildings in Miami. As soon as I saw the view from the balcony, I knew I would stay here for a long time. Inside the apartment is very spacious and modern. Also a huge benefit for me is that it is not furnished and you can style it to your own liking. The management and other stuff are reliable and always ready to help. Panorama is very secured building, you don’t have to worry that someone can break into your unit, etc. I feel safe walking alone even during the night. If you live here, you don’t really have to drive too much as there are a lot of restaurants, cafes, mall, beauty salons, walking paths, etc. Even though, the building is pet-friendly, it’s always very clean, the elevators and lobby smell nice.
