"This was, unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The retail options, especially for women’s clothing. felt extremely limited. Meanwhile, there seemed to be an overwhelming number of coffee and ice cream shops instead of meaningful variety. The layout of the space feels tight and overcrowded, with very little crowd control. Ventilation also seemed poor; it felt stuffy and uncomfortable rather than welcoming. None of the directory boards were working during my visit, which made navigating the space even more frustrating. Music was overwhelming and loud. Parking was an absolute disaster. With holiday events happening, the space simply didn’t feel prepared for the volume of people. Overall, it smelled crowded, unventilated, and hectic rather than festive. I truly think management needs to reconsider the standards, flow, and overall guest experience here."
"I visited this mall several times while in Mexico City and highly recommend it. A wide variety of shops and some lovely high-end brands that would be hard to find elsewhere in Mexico! I went back the other day to stock up on some products I know I won’t be able to find in Oaxaca 😬 There are also some great food options, including a very wonderful sushi place called Hotaru."
"It's a nice and big mall with a lot of stores (upscale and regular ones), banks, restaurants and a movie theater. It's next to an office building with several companies and a WeWork with an helipad on the top of the building and a residential tower. It's secure and not so crowded."
"A large mall with something spectacular architecture. Unfortunately pets are allowed, though they are usually calm. On Christmas days they have a really huge tree and artificial snow from the cannons on balconies. On a clear day from some windows you may see a beautiful view on Popocatépetl. Otherwise just a regular boring plaza."
"Beautiful mall with lots of natural light & nice decor. There are 5 floors of shops & restaurants - clothing, homeward, beauty, sports stores & more. I found there to be a good mix of high-end and mid-price range stores. The mall appears to be pet friendly as there were lots of dogs on leashes. Overall, the mall was quite clean and well-kept…we did notice 2 puddles of dog pee - which would be the downfall of a pet-friendly place. Really nice mall to walk around!"
