"I like reading this paper but can no longer access my account. It has been weeks and I need to pay my bill but cannot pay if I cannot gain access. I want to set a vaca hold, I would like to pay my bill but your site no longer works. I haven't heard from you. Is this how you want to end things? gah"
"Why does it take amateur YouTubers to expose the fraud that you were directly told about? What are you doing for our state?"
"I have been receiving the Twin Cities Values for three years. Each and every time I have called and asked to be removed from the mailing list (it's opt out NOT opt in service) -yet every month it arrives. I want no part in generating trash in my city, nor do I want to inflate 'subscriber' counts for the billionaire owner to collect extra money he shouldn't be making by misleading advertisers. This whole thing is a scam, run by a rotten billionaire. If the employees owned it maybe they would have better customer service, instead of constantly cutting costs at the expense of the end product."
"I enjoyed reading this paper BUT I only had the paper for a little while and my prices were raised twice. WAY too expensive. Too top it off, once I canceled the paper I received calls from them every day - three times a day. Once I block a number they call from another one. I’m sure they want to spin me a deal. Too late and this is unacceptable behavior on their part. Too bad. I would have been a great customer."
"I used my airline miles for a "free" subscription to the Star Tribune paper, but they sent me a bill for $46 (actually, it was from a collector, which demonstrates that the paper doesn't actually want to deal with their own customers). Support said this bill came because they (Star Tribune) kept sending papers to my doorstep after the cancellation date (that's on them). Thankfully they never had my debit/credit card information so they couldn't just auto-draft money at their convenience. Their Support team just read a script as if this happens all day every day. No wiggle room, no solutions, just following the technical policy. I feel bad for the support people who have to deal with this scammy policy. Anyways, I'll continue to get my news elsewhere and just pay the "stupid tax" this time. I will never give this company another dime. I'm the idiot for believing in a "free" offer, so they got me. Too bad i can't get my airline miles back either. Be smart out there. G"
