There is a wait, but that's to be expected with a specialist; I've experienced much worse wait times at the Hannover Medical School (MHH) or with my ophthalmologist. "The practice's planning and appointment scheduling are terrible. My mother had an appointment at 9:00 AM. At that time, there were already six patients ahead of her. By 10:00 AM, there were three patients ahead of her. The wait, despite having an appointment, is unacceptable, especially since you have to keep going back to the parking meter... The doctor's treatment, however, was excellent. It's now 11:21 AM... still in the waiting room. 🤮"
