"I have lived in Camden Central for 4.5 months and can confidently say I’m very pleased with the decision I’ve made. I moved here from GA on a whim, not knowing anything about St. Petersburg nor where to live. I was walking down central avenue exploring the town on vacation back in June of last year and walked by Camden and immediately fell in love. Fast forward 4 months later, I moved in and worked with Jason when applying. Jason was so helpful, responsive, and friendly throughout the whole process. After moving in, I can confidently say that I’ve had the best experience. Like any apartment complex, there’s issues. But the staff does their absolute best to mitigate these issues as fast as possible and informs all residents when the “fixes” will occur. I can get maintenance to my door typically the same day, if not, first thing the next day. For the majority, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, the amenities are amazing, and the unit is top great. I’ve now switched units due to a break up, and worked with Sam, the leasing manager. She’s been amazing to work with and extremely helpful. I really do recommend this place to anyone wanting an apartment in the area. The value 100% supports the pricing."

"My husband and I were displaced due to Hurricane Helene and spend 10 months at Camden Central. We really enjoyed our stay and found it to be a very well managed property. Like anything, there were things that needed fixing, but they were addressed quickly and the management kept us informed about the status. We enjoyed the gatherings with the neighbors and met people who we will remain friends with for the rest of our lives. I want to commend Nick, Samantha and the management team for their leadership and stewardship of a premiere apartment complex in downtown. I highly recommend a Camden Central."

"My wife and I have been living in Camden Central for about two years. I am writing this review because I have repeatedly raised the same concerns with management, as have other residents, yet nothing has been done to address or resolve these issues. During our time here, I have observed a significant decline in the condition of the common areas. It seems that the cleaning staff's hours have been reduced, which is clearly noticeable. The main area where the elevators are located appears worn, neglected, and consistently dirty. In the first year of our residency, the cleaning staff were visible for a substantial part of the day, seven days a week. However, for the past several months, it has become rare to see a cleaning person in the common areas, resulting in dirty floors and elevator walls. The gym carpet has never been cleaned and is essentially a breeding ground for germs. My wife, who rarely falls ill, has been sick four times since we moved here. The gym, which used to be comfortably cool, is now set at 75 degrees instead of the previous 71. We consistently provide feedback, but it seems to go unheard. Recently, the concierge and security services were changed, and now there is often no one at the front desk 65% of the time. The garages are extremely dirty and have never been cleaned. The hallways were recently painted with the wrong color, and now they require a repaint. The ownership is failing to maintain the property while charging exorbitant rent without providing adequate services in return. It is unfortunate because the location is exceptional, and the building, if properly cleaned and maintained, is truly beautiful at first glance. The pool area is stunning but the chair cushions are gross and need replacement. We genuinely enjoy living here. However, when you enter certain common areas that simply need some tender loving care and management does nothing to rectify these minor issues, it begins to affect your feelings about where you choose to live."

"I recently toured Camden Central Apartments with Jason, and he was absolutely outstanding. He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the property and the St. Pete area. Jason took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made the entire experience feel relaxed and welcoming. The community itself is beautiful and well-maintained, centrally located, I highly recommend scheduling a tour with Jason if you’re considering living here!"

"Love the location and the community of people but there are so many things that would make me not recommend the building unless they fix it. Charge $1.55 a day for common area electric on top of your rent, not disclosed and did not use to do. On my final bill even though I paid it every month they are trying to charge for June till July and through September. Same with trash, sewer, and water. -elevators are constantly broken -grills constantly broken -half the chairs from the pool have been removed and they don’t plan on replacing - gym gets puddles of water when it rains and goes into electric of cardio equipment - many of the apartments have mold issues that they aren’t fixing -gate is constantly broken that goes to resident parking -around 10 visitor spots for the entire building due to the businesses on the first floor NOTE THE COMMON AREA ELECTRIC RATE KEEPS GOING UP BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE CHARGING THEIR TESLAS ON NORMAL OUTLETS"
