"We switched to Pug after having our old provider for 10 plus years. There was nothing wrong with the old guys, but these guys have a very modern approach to storage and website building. We only launched a couple of days ago and in our first 3 days online we have 5 online rentals ! We had 6 total in the 30 days previous. I worked with Alex on the sales side and he’s a great guy, went above and beyond to assure me the switch was going to be worth it. On the website development side I worked with Amanda and Chris. They built us a great site and I’m super happy with how it turned out. Great job Pugs ! Update : I wrote this original review about 3-4 years ago and my company was renting as you can see above 5 or so a week. We have 9 facilities and are renting 150-200 a month online with these guys( in the summer ). They are the best switch I’ve ever made. Don’t walk run to them . I still work with Alex.. Tommy is always around for help as well .. and my guy Garry is the best at checking in and letting me know how our websites are performing. All of these guys have been amazing to work with."
