The first call was voicemail saying that my Google account got red flagged that I got call them back asp Whice I did and guy there said for 299 we can get everything cleared up and it’s one time life membership I thought I was talking with Google so I payed them then he said we’re going have meeting again and that meeting ended up being more money and then there was other meeting call again next day then I lost my temper I feel like they representing themselves as google whice they are not google"

"i hired straight marketing a year ago, i have been basically burning my money with them. Not only have they done the bare minimum, i am not sure they have done anything at all! if you look up my services i don't show up anywhere and the only way to find my business is to google the name directly. they are refusing to let me speak with a manager without paying an over due balance that i was unaware i even had and they cut me off on the phone when i am speaking. clear disrespect and disgusting behavior from a business that is supposed to help other businesses. i would recommend you stay as far away as possible from this company. . This is a reply to their response. The "consistent contact" you claim to have made was at the start of my contract in which you're own representative told me that he was disappointed in how poorly the process was working. And when you say that you canceled with no issue. I attempted to cancel my account for a week which was like pulling teeth. I was promised calls to deal with the cancelation which were all missed by your representatives. They wouldn't let me speak to a manager over 2 payment that I was unaware I missed. They forced me to pay before speaking to anyone when I was notably concerned. I was also supposed to speak to a billing manager to confirm my cancelation and to walk through the experience, that never happened. Before you try and blame a client maybe take a step back and see how your buisness could have been better."
