"In February 2023 I ask James to contact me to give my website a makeover. I never heard back from him. In July of 2023 I again personally ask him to contact me as I had been waiting 5 months at that point. He told me someone would contact me the following week. It's now February 2024 and still nothing. Therefore, I hired another company to assist me with my project. I highly suggest you look at other companies for your digital needs. Response to Owners comments. There was not any miscommunication, I showed you the three different websites we want makeovers on, one was Electronic Resource Associates that we wanted not only a make over but SEO work in addition. During my second attempt to become a customer, I again explained the scope of the projects and you assured me that someone would contact the following week. So the only communication issue was your failure to do what you agreed to do. Companies should not be required to remind you to contact us, most companies would have handled the request from a potential customer the first time they received the sales inquiry."
