They said it would still be another month before they mailed it to me. I looked for a way to get it faster, and came across Advantage Delaware. "These people are the worst of the worst predators!!! They pose on the internet as an airline you think you are speaking to. They put you on hold and change your flight. I had just had a death in my family and googled Alaska Airlines to change my flight. I did not know this happened until I called the real Alaska Airlines only to find out that I had a credit for moving my flight. They have the credit e-mailed to themselves so you don't know what they did. When I disputed the charge with my credit card company they still get their money - HOW CAN THIS BE!!!. These people are monsters!"
"It has been over 5 years now and I still remember what a mean spirited person this own was. She told me a price range and asked me for a deposit, then charged me double after she was done. Since I already put in $600, I couldn't just walk away, so I (I admit I was stupid) coughed up another $700 for 2 tax return (one of them was simple). So I paid $1300 for mine and my mom's tax returns. After I complained to her, she agreed to refund some money. Then she sent me a nasty email saying she wouldn't give me any money because she knew I wouldn't use her again. Of course I wouldn't use her again. I found another tax professional who did a better job for $75. I wouldn't trust your tax return or any other important business with this woman."
"I have had the most horrible experience with this business. I registered as an LLC that receives very little money in revenue yearly and in ten months they have charged me over $1000. Hidden payment after hidden payment, does not have your best interest in mind."
