"This company has adopted a new name and image, but it's still just as weak and bad as when it was called Ecorus. I've been trying to get the solar panels that are already on my roof connected for a year and a half now, but they refuse to get in touch. I contact Haag Wonen about this every week. All this time, there's only a coil of cables hanging from my ceiling, as you can see in the photos below. This isn't a favor or charity for me, because Norm receives substantial government subsidies for sustainability, and on top of that, I still have to pay for it through a rent increase. The subsidies they receive are: SDE++, SCE, SAH, and ISDE, and they invest these in addition. They also use cheaper secondhand solar panels from Zonnext... It now feels to me like a scam company that receives a stream of government money without actually doing their job, because the money they receive is substantial. I therefore advise everyone not to do business with this company."
"What a bunch of bunglers! I've been working with them for months now to get solar panels installed on my roof. An appointment was scheduled for the end of October. I haven't heard or seen anything since. I emailed them, but I didn't get a response. I just called (it takes ridiculously long, you're always on hold anyway). I was told the installation appointment had been canceled by the installers? (All this without any consultation with me; I knew nothing about it!?) Now they're going to call again to ask why the appointment was canceled, and then they'll contact me. I've also filed a complaint about them with my housing association. Don't do business with this crooked company if you don't have to!! It will only cause you frustration!"
"Well, because of their mistake, we would be without cooking facilities until February. We were able to buy our induction stove after nine email and phone calls, but the decision was made. When they were supposed to install the Perilex, the trouble began. Fortunately, Liander kept their promises. Mr. Daniel Patty apologizes on behalf of the company for all their mistakes and promises, both verbally and by email, that all expenses would be reimbursed. When I couldn't cook for 7 days, we decided, through a conversation with our housing cooperative, to cook on a replacement gas stove for a few months. "We thought" it was settled after 9 days of cooking on a camping stove. Paid for by the housing cooperative... Fortunately, Liander helped us 2.5 months earlier, and the temporary cooking was replaced with cooking on my new induction stove... We did get €25 for not being able to cook for 5 adults for 9 days... we just had to accept it. And we could have sold, given away, or thrown the stove away... That thing was a thorn in our side and a worthless promise... Of course, Mr. Patty had someone to email us, and he was no longer reachable by phone or email... So, ultimately, he was no longer reachable either! We had to wait over a week for our own money, which we had advanced. A verbal promise or an email is worthless to them because they don't follow through on their promises! They should be ashamed of themselves for treating customers this way! But now that I read the reviews, this isn't unusual... luckily we rent the solar panels from the housing association and no longer have to deal with that completely worthless company! So they owe this review to themselves, and we share it with great love for our fellow human beings so they don't do business with this company! And let me be clear... it's not about the money, it's a matter of principle. There could have been a consultation, and even if he had just asked, "What do you consider appropriate compensation?" The bank transaction included a description of "damage." It's also easy to cheat your own insurance company. Because it was simply a very stupid, expensive mistake, which, according to Mr. Patry, would have been a lesson for them!"
"We were able to schedule an appointment very quickly, which was great, we thought. Unfortunately, we had to take three days off work and cancel three times. Finally, the solar panels were installed, and three roof tiles were broken. It's now been three to three and a half weeks, and still no new roof tiles. We've called several times, but to no avail. This is such a shame!"
