"This is the worst company I have had the displeasure of working with. Our elevator has been down for two weeks and as of today, potentially another. We were told someone would look at our elevator last Monday which transitioned the following Friday, then Monday to Wednesday and then promised today. They went radio silent for 8 hours after promising someone would arrive at our property at 8am, then I was told someone arrived at 3pm, which no one did, and then I was met with a nonchalant supervisor who also had no answers. I will be requesting a termination of our contract as soon as possible and I recommend that no one else does business with them. If I could give them no stars and still leave a review, that would’ve been my first option."

"Horrible service and we’re stuck using them they never come when they actually say they’re coming. The fact we need them to come every month lets you know something is not right! If you can find someone else, do it I’m just trying to help others. if you can avoid them do it! Find anybody idc if they’re in South Carolina pay that per diem it’ll be worth it"

"I manage an assisted living community that has 3 TK Elavtors. I pay my exorbitant quarterly maintenance fees. Tk is sporting, at best, on maintenance. My primary elevator has been down for the majority of the quarter. I spend most of my day fielding complaints about our elevator. Daily, my residents threaten to call the health department. Tk remains incommunicative. They are the worst vendor that I work with, absolute crooks."
