I can login and see what has arrived, have them open and scan mail (optionally), and of course they forward mail to where ever I may happen to be. "Don’t like the fact that the lady who answered the phone wasn’t trying to help me I asked her for a quote and she told me to call back later because she just got a shipment in like me being a paying customer wasn’t good enough for her help at that time I expressed I lived across the street and I just needed to know how much money to send my son with to send his letter to where it needs to be sent and she told me I could call back later ! She needs to learn customer service paying customers come before packages that’s gonna be there all day ! That was just rude and not okay !!!!!"
