"Way to be the laziest company ever! I placed an order on 6/10...and you didn't print a shipping label till 6/28..and you haven't even shipped that yet as of today which is 7/5. So are you just letting the order hang out for a week? Also way to shoot me a note to tell me the item wouldn't be in stock for two weeks. Your customer service also leaves a lot to be desired. I emailed about the status of the order which included all the relevant info and I got an email back asking for that same INFO! At least read your emails before your reply!"
"I ordered two items, and they were supposed to be shipped together. It took Studio71 2 months to ship my order, and when I finally received it, only one of my items was in the box. I reached out to customer support, and they assured me that I would be issued a reshipment. It has been two additional months since then, and I still don't have my second item. Also, support has stopped responding to my emails; I have absolutely no way of finding out what happened to my reshipment. It's been a terrible experience overall."

"BUYER BEWARE... IF YOU BUY AN ITEM, ONLY PAY VIA PAYPAL. My nephew wanted a sweater from a famous YouTube artist and sent us the link to this store. On the website, it says that items will take 2-3 weeks to ship. Since I ordered my item November 29th, I knew it might cut it close, but figured it would arrive around Christmas time. Well, Christmas has come and gone and the item hasn't even shipped. I have been in correspondence with Marc and Elaine (customer service reps?) pretty much the entire time. While they do respond, their answers are completely useless. They told me that any orders made by December 5th (once again, my order was made on November 29th) would definitely ship before Christmas. I wrote to them yesterday and did not get a reply, so I wrote to them again today. They apologized for the inconvenience, but refused to give me a guesstimate of when my order will be shipped (the only thing they told me was that the item was still in the production phase due to a large number of orders... Which is ridiculous considering the item should technically be on its way by now and they didn't tell me about any delays in any of the correspondence we have had). The silver lining to this situation is that I got to experience how awesome PayPal's customer service is. Due to the constant run around, I have filed a claim via PayPal. Per PayPal rep, if they don't come to a resolution in 10 days, I get my money back."
