"We have worked with Supplyant for many years now and find them to be an integral part of our strategy and growth plans. They successfully help us with PPC, SEO and most recently new website builds. I'd recommend Supplyant to anyone who is looking for an agency that is consistent, results speak for themselves and that's the reason we have been working with them for so many years."
"Fantastic eCom development company that specialises in Shopify, conversion rate optimisation and going beyond digital to understand their clients! We are an eCom PPC agency and the clients they develop, improve our results because of the great builds they do! Thanks guys!"
"WEBSITE BUILD FROM HELL We engaged supplyant on 29 July 2022 to build two eCommerce websites for our business. The build time for both sites was 3 months. The project duration and scope are clearly outlined in the engagement contract and signed by both parties. At the time of writing this review, only one of the two websites is partially operational, meaning this project is an astonishing 676 days late and still there is no finish line in sight. Development of the second website has not even begun... The website that has been partially delivered falls well short of the agreed-upon scope and is riddled with both functionality and aesthetic errors. We provided detailed front-end schematics to Supplyant and they broadly ignored them. We provided brand guidelines and Supplyant broadly ignored them. Parts of our project were outsourced to Ukraine, without our knowledge or permission; Supplyant failed to manage this third-party relationship resulting in these Ukrainian ‘developers’ producing work of an extremely poor standard that was littered with errors and did not follow our schematics. Over the course of this awful project, it has become abundantly clear that Supplyant lacks the labour expertise and competencies to deliver what it promised. Supplyant failed to conduct any form of internal testing whatsoever before going live. We had to perform all the testing and due diligence ourselves as the client, which uncovered a trove of rookie errors that Supplyant should have identified had they possessed even the slightest regard for project quality. We conducted a comprehensive audit of the project and issued Supplyant with a detailed list of over 50 errors on the site, some major, but many of which shouldn’t have existed had Supplyant paid any attention to our schematics, or indeed to their own ‘technical specification’ document. Most of the errors are rookie errors. This review was conducted over four months ago and to date Supplyant has completed less than 9 of the 50+ items raised (bear in mind the ENTIRE build was contractually agreed to 3 months and they have not even managed to complete 20% of the CHANGES to ONE of the websites in 4 months). Supplyant’s management of the project throughout has been non-existent. Supplyant has crashed through every single one of their self-imposed deadlines. I cannot think of a single deadline they have met. Every promise made by Supplyant’s management has been broken without exception. The project has been handled with a complete absence of professionalism throughout and can be regarded as nothing but a total failure. Supplyant has consistently failed to honour their contractual obligations and we are now forced to pursue legal action for what is a blatantly obvious breach of contract, seeking repayment for damages incurred by our business due to Supplyant’s failure to deliver upon their contractual obligations. Despite our business suffering daily losses due to Supplyant’s ongoing failure to deliver this project, we are now having to pour yet more time and money into legal action to reclaim these damages and our overpayment towards the project to date. This failed engagement with Supplyant has been an immense drain on time, money and resources within our business. It has created immeasurable levels of stress within our organisation. What’s worse, the only reason we engaged Supplyant in the first place is that they had already built a successful eCommerce website selling exactly the same product from the exact same brand that we wanted to sell in our business. Effectively all we wanted was a website that was a rehash of one they had already developed for another client before, with the same core functionality but a slightly different aesthetic. Supplyant has been completely incapable of delivering this. Engaging Supplyant is the single biggest regret I have from many years in business. If I could turn back time and change only one thing, it would be to avoid engaging Supplyant on this total failure of a project."
"I have worked with Supplyant for 3 years, they have helped us transform our website into a profitable and still growing business. They have in-house experts in all aspects of e-commerce and web marketing including adwords, SEO, design, development and sales. I am happy to recommend Supplyant to anybody who wants to make more money online!"
"I tried working with Supplyant for a few months, during that time they totally failed to achieve anything of any significance with our campaigns. The only impact was achieved by creating a PPC campaign on my brand name in an effort to bring the average ppc costs down. The main resource on my account, I never spoke to them, I found out later they were based in the Philipines and being recharged at a huge markup. I have since hired this sort of resource directly and got much more for a lot less. I have since found out that they continued to bill me for a service, incorrectly and for a service that was not being provided. The directors refused to deal with this situation professionally. Ironically it was one of their own incompetent staff who inadvertently made me aware that I was being ripped off by them. There are a lot better and a lot more honest resources out there. Perhaps times are tough for this company which is why they are choosing to be so underhand."
