"It is family owned business and has lots of potential, however it has major problems with food quality and service. Pros , definitely clean and large rooms. Nice view from the deck. Cons, food is not tasty and slightly overpriced. Given that there is not much options for customers staying at the hotel, they need to improve food quality. Breakfast is below average. Service needs to be more customer friendly. We asked for small favors couple of times and everytime they have shown disregard or did not accept our request. We barely see any smiling faces during our visit there ( Caner that is what customers expect from their hosts). I think cleaning lady should manage the whole hotel then they will reach their potential."
"The place is a family owned otel. We really enjoyed our stay at a beautiful full sea view room. They get you from the dock at the city center and bring you to hotel with a small boat. The cleaning and the tidiness of the rooms are very well. For the owners our grateful words goes to Caner and his father and mother. They all working hard to give you a home like feeling. I strongly suggest you to give this place a chance if you plan to go to Bozburun."
