"Showed up to use a "hot desk" which is listed on their website as a service. No one was able to help me. One woman who worked there told me to sit and wait for some office manager to show up so i did that for 1/2 hour and she never did and was not answering her phone. Woman working at the coffee shop was rude when I asked to use their wifi until I waited to sign up for a hot desk. Don't drop in and expect to be able to use the space. Apparently it's a whole long process you need to plan for in advance. Not your typical coworking space. Unprofessional and unorganized."
