"We were a long-time satisfied customer of Tagomo, but in recent years the prices have risen and the quality of the service has deteriorated to the point that we had to change the website designer. The website maintenance agreement practically does not include anything anymore. Previously, for example, adding logos to websites was included in the price, but nowadays there is hardly any update that is not invoiced in hourly rates. Tagomo also sends invoices for various "services", such as the cookie consent tool and website speed optimization, informing about it only by general advertising email, without personal contact or agreement. You would think that cookie management and fast pages are basic features of a functioning website, and not additional services that are billed separately. It is said about these services that you do not have to pay an invoice if you do not want to use the service, but if you pay the first invoice, the service will automatically continue for the next contract period. In this case, the next invoice will also be due, unless you cancel the service before the next invoice arrives. It is also worth noting that the cancellation period for Tagomo's website is quite long, until the end of the next billing period. As I said at the beginning, we were previously satisfied with the service we received. Hopefully Tagomo will return to its previous level of operation."
