They threaten us by email, saying they know we can't back out without paying them (the digital kit doesn't allow you to cancel and switch to another one), and they question our intentions... They manage our social media and engagement and metrics—they have absolutely no control over anything, nor do they seem experienced in the matter. They prepare our posts in a hurry and often late. They upload things with errors because they're moving too fast—even if you warn them of the error. The feedback they receive is forgotten or ignored, and it requires constant repetition.
