"This is a resident of Kasa Village. We've inquired about the policies of the village management/juristic person. From what we've seen, Phase 2 is currently being sold. Residents are unhappy with the situation regarding the barrier gate – which isn't being used – and the security guards allowing all vehicles to enter and exit freely without needing to exchange passes. Cars from outside the village are parked there, often for extended periods, even though they don't live in the village. The village management hasn't provided any answers or measures. Anyone considering buying a house here should think carefully. There have even been instances where cars have blocked the village entrance/exit."

"The village is peaceful, but the security guards are very arrogant and speak impolitely. They rarely open the village gate; you have to honk your car horn for them to open it. I once saw the head security guard almost get into a fight with a housekeeper. If they had a new head security guard, the village would be much better."
