"The absolute best hotel. Walking distance to main road in Gangnam, Tim Hortons, restaurants and grocery. The price is perfect. Cheap hotels in Gangnam are $75 a night but they are extremely small and love hotels, 4 star are $300 a night and this hotel is in the middle. It’s modern with western feeling and furniture. Cleaning staff are great and go out of their way to help. They dont pretend to not understand English to avoid work. They want to make guest happy. Free coffee in morning till 11am, free water and ice dispenser on each floor, lots hot water, heating system works great. Very clean. Bus stop close by and grocery store next door. This hotel is great value for what it offers. I’d avoid the Korean brand hotels. Wifi is very fast. They have laundry service or you can go across the street to coin laundry. Even staff with limited English strive to understand and provide. I would say best hotel and service if staying in Gangnam. The rooms at back have nice view of the city and distant mountains. Also it’s a quiet hotel with safe and respectful guests. I looked at 5 hotels before booking my stay here. Safe for all travellers. There’s a restaurant onsite which I didn’t try so can’t review it. Water pressure is great, quality hotel soaps.if you do phone screening to tv, note they switch the internet to 5g approx 1130pm every night so you need to change wifi selection on your phone to reconnect to tv"
"I accidentally forgot my phone at this hotel in Korea and only realized it after I had returned to Japan. The hotel had already tried to contact me, but unfortunately I did not see the message while I was still in Korea. What truly impressed me was how the hotel staff handled the situation afterward. They took care of every single detail required to send my phone to my address in Japan. The international shipment involved a significant amount of paperwork, but the staff managed everything professionally and efficiently, keeping me informed throughout the process. This level of responsibility and customer care is the best hotel service I have ever experienced. I am extremely grateful for their honesty, dedication, and professionalism. In addition, the hotel has a great location in Gangnam and offers a strong sense of luxury and comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again."
"Best Western Premier Gangnam Hotel is a great place to stay, especially because of its strategic location. It’s very close to the airport limousine bus stop, Sinnonhyeon and Eonju subway stations, and several convenience stores, making it extremely easy to get around the Gangnam area. The staff and housekeeping team were very friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with all the essential facilities needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the Gangnam area."
"Pros: Location is good. Easy access to 2 stations and Youngdong Market. The room is larger and spacious. House keeping is efficient. Cons: Breakfast menu is same everday and no ingredients were listed. No coin laundry provided, gym is waaaat too small."
"Terrible. Will not return. If you value sleep, do not stay here. I was counting down the days to leave. The walls, floors and ceilings are paper thin. I could hear entire conversations and was kept up until 3am every night. Very unpleasant. Breakfast is very disappointing. I suggest staying at the Novotel across the road instead."
