"Solicite a esta agência, acessos referente a contas de redes sociais de uma empresa que era cliente deles. Tentei por e-mail falar com Tainara, ela respondeu falando que já tinha feito o que tínhamos solicitado, verificamos e não tinha feito. Retornei o contato, sem sucesso. Tentei pelo WhatsApp da empresa, ela me respondeu e disse que não tinha acesso, só que a própria ferramenta diz que o acesso esta vinculado ao e-mail dela, o que é uma prática errado, visto que não é de propriedade dela a empresa ou as redes sociais da empresa do ex-cliente. Resultado: Me bloquearam no WhatsApp dizendo que era um canal de comunicação para clientes. Não consegui ver coerência na conversa com ela, uma hora tem o acesso e na outra não, estranho né? Péssimo atendimento e uma falta de profissionalismo tremenda. Atenção diretores dessa agência, tomem nota disso. O setor de atendimento corre sério risco."
