"We made two purchases, one to downtown Santiago and the other to Puerto Varas. They arrived on June 7th. Everything was going well... until I tried to return one purchase because it didn't meet expectations. I contacted customer service! The process took over a month, and of course, I was charged for both purchases separately. It's not in their policy to refund shipments from our city of Puerto Varas. According to their regulations, there are no refunds for shipping, only for the purchase itself, and... after 10 days they issue refunds. Two months have passed and I still haven't received my money! The sales representatives' service was awful! Terrible communication and customer service. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED AS A FAMILY."

"On August 13th, I bought a Tefal pot from this company for $23,000. It was a bargain since the regular price is $49,000. I never received a purchase order number; I got it through Tefal, who gave me a contact email for Tekpro. I sent the email, and they replied saying the payment wasn't showing up in their bank account. I sent them the payment receipt, and they never responded to my emails again. I was simply scammed. Of course, it's only $23,000. How many other people will fall for this?"
"This company is a fraud, a complete scam. I bought a product over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. To make matters worse, there's no way to contact them; they don't answer emails, phone calls, etc. I suggest filing a complaint with SERNAC (Chilean National Consumer Service) and a report with the local police court. The product hasn't moved since September 2nd, according to the tracking information they send. P.S.: After numerous complaints (including one with SERNAC), they finally refunded my money."
