They fooled us with promises of significant results, while we were spending triple the price per lead, and the excuses they offered were varied. The worst part was that we had to sign a six-month contract and pay the first four months immediately. Your claim that we didn't share our contact information with you is another lie: we notified you weekly that the results were poor and whether it was time to change strategy and/or budget. The only response was exaggerated quotes for other consulting services (if you remember, "store layout" or "website support" was poorly done, you said). The collaboration you refer to continued even after the relationship with you was terminated and the payment was agreed upon with the other party; you were no longer interested in us as clients. No one doubts that your team works seriously, but the results achieved are another matter entirely, and that's what I can assess."
