"Stumbled upon Regus at the Galleria while hunting for a workspace and was pleasantly surprised! Chill vibes, solid Wi-Fi, and free coffee that actually tastes good—definitely coming back for my next remote work day."
"Genese at the center is awesome!! However, whoever is in charge of billing people is a clown. They overbill everytime and the bills are super confusing. Can't believe such a big company cant get a simple process right. I recommend finding another solution unless you want to be frustrated with a process that should be very simple. The one star review is for Genese who is great at the center and she gets stuck cleaning up the mess of billing which happens on a corporate level. If not for her they would be a zero star. I do not recommend."
"Pros: It's a clean area, with decent amenities and friendly staff. My favorite CPR instructor leads classes here. Over the past 20 years of taking CPR classes with different instructors, she was the best one, in my opinion. For people who like Powerhouse gym, this could be a great place to call work because your workout is literally steps away. Or maybe you want to go for a run to the park or the beach, also very close by. It was also a very quiet space, which is something I like if I need to focus or take a video call. A big positive is the parking. It's right there. Lots of it. The office manager was very friendly. Cons/Areas for improvement: - Part of the issue has less to do with Regus and more with the design of the Galleria mall, despite it having potential to do well. The mall sometimes has this depressing ghost-town vibe, where no one is there, even during normal business hours. Some of the food court shops close at 6pm. To get to the Regus office, you have to first go though one set of doors, up escalators (which are sometimes under repair), then finally though double doors and up another elevator to the 3rd floor. When I tried using that elevator to go back to the first floor, I couldn't (I could only go back to the second floor, and when I walked to the first floor elevator it appeared that first floor access was for staff only. That was a bummer, I'm guessing the mall probably wants to direct patrons to the shopping areas). - As far as this particular Regus office, I wish there was more natural lighting and views of the water. I didn't get a full tour, so maybe I missed those offices, but from what I saw, I'm afraid I didn't see any great view. It was a shame, because with a corner space like this, I was hoping to see much more natural light come in and more fresh air. - Do they have community events? I don't know, I wasn't given a tour of the place. No effort was made to get to know me as a possible patron."
"Went here for the first time as I’m working from out of town. I waited 25+ minutes for a front desk person to check me in so I could work and no one showed. I called them as well and no one answered. Would not recommend."
"Excellent service; Amazing Frontdesk; It is a business center; Therefore there are some cases that are not successful and that is why I see the previous bad ratings; I leave you with the clarification that Regus is a great company that provides good service, it is an excellent center, a good atmosphere, being in the shopping center it provides the opportunity for an easy arrival. It is a global business and service center; cataloged as one of the most successful centers."
