"Commissioned for a new Shopify website. After providing collaborator access, the Shopify Admin Activity Log on 28 Aug 2025 recorded bulk deletions of approximately 120 live products. The log attributes the actions to a collaborator account labelled “The Curious Way Ltd”. Screenshots attached. After the incident. The project was not delivered. I sought a remedy. I issued a county court claim. The Curious Way Ltd did not file a response in time and a default judgment was entered. The full judgment sum was paid and the court record has been marked satisfied. Notes on causation. The agency disputes responsibility. However, my review is based on contemporaneous Shopify logs and the court outcome described above. Based on this experience and the documentary record, I cannot recommend this supplier."
