"Signed up to their virtual office in Brisbane (Regus). Terrible phone answering service, delay answering, taken by offshore staff and phone lines all static - and they just forward callers onto a voicemail. Terrible customer service as well - no help on boarding. Nothing set up. Go with Servcorp, might pay more but I regret going ahead with these guys as now they say they have me locked into a contract even though I expressed how terrible their service is and I wanted to cancel. Avoid!"

"Regus has no integrity and behaves as a scam. Be careful and check every bill. Whatever you think your bill is, there will probably be added charges. Cancellation... won't happen. They will continue to bill you after you have cancelled and then tell you that you have to pay the outstanding amount before they will cancel, even though you dispute what you've been charged. So they continue to bill you and refuse to cancel which is an illegal practice in Australia. Worst service office you can work with."

"We've spent two and a half years here at Regus on the Gold Coast and have really enjoyed the experience. Great spaces to work from and a range of office types and sizes. We've met a bunch of interesting business owners and operators along the way who we've been able to network and build solid relationships with. The ladies at the desk are wonderful and kind, and always good for a chat. "Many things make a great shared office experience, and Regus Gold Coast ticks all the boxes! The location is fantastic, parking is affordable, the view is spectacular and the in-house team are amazing! The Regus team really do go out of their way to assist you in any way that they can. I've had nothing but fantastic experiences from all the staff that are here. I'd give them five stars if the coffee was a little better, but that's a minor grip in comparison to what we get in value and service each and every day!"
