The “updates” they made to my business profile were completely inaccurate and ended up making my company look unprofessional. They call relentlessly—multiple times a day—demanding your time just to tell you how well they’re doing, even when the results clearly say otherwise. To make matters worse, their work led to my Google profile being suspended. When I asked for help resolving it, they refused unless I paid a cancellation fee. This company caused more harm than good. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. And be warned, after my experience, it’s clear the only genuine reviews seem to be the negative ones. The glowing ones don’t match reality at all."
