"If I could give 0 stars then I would. was due to rent a property from the SFP property team but some members of the team, Clare and Jane are unbelievably unorganised and unprofessional. I was originally dealing with Clare and I was asking to pay a deposit for the property, I was never sent any information despite me asking various times and then Clare ignored my emails for over a week and then when she did not even have the decency to reply at all, I had a message from another member of the team Jane, who basically told me that she was taking someone to view the property even though I had spent 2 weeks talking to your team, asking to pay the deposit and move in, and stressing that due to my current circumstances I couldn’t afford to be messed around as I would have nowhere else to go come the date we had set for me to move in. She showed no remorse, did not care that I had already been enquiring for 2 weeks longer and the person who has now rented the property, did not try to rectify the situation in any way, to be honest, if I have been enquiring and trying to pay a deposit for 2 weeks before this additional person had enquired, it should have been them that was told it wasn’t available, not me. I have still received no email response from Clare and thanks to the lack of communication and severe lack of any organisation from your company, I have found myself in the exact situation I had expressed I was trying to avoid. I think the way the entire situation was handled was disgusting and would HIGHLY recommend that anyone looking for a trustworthy or reliable landlord to use anyone but this company. -100/10 for communication 0/10 for organisation 0/10 for professionalism 0/10 for trust 0/10 for honesty"
