"I had a very disappointing experience with ThriveWorks, Rowlet and Therapist Njideka Obi. I attended a full one hour consultation for grief and loss therapy for myself and my elementary aged child. After this session I realized the therapist was not the right fit, and I politely informed the office that I would be moving forward with a different provider. Despite attending the appointment, I was incorrectly marked as a no-show and build $135 . when I reached out to the office, they refused to correct the mistake. On top of that, The therapist continued calling me repeatedly even after I clearly stated that I would not be continuing Services. This felt intrusive and unprofessional, especially since this was only an initial consultation and not an ongoing therapy relationship had been established, yet. It is also concerning that the office did not acknowledge that a parent must first approve a therapist before introducing them to a minor child. This should be a basic practice. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and mishandled from start to finish. I hope ThriveWorks addresses these issues so other families don’t go through the same thing."

"The company improperly shared my child’s personal and billing information with an unauthorized party. My subsequent attempts to address this matter with a supervisor were unsuccessful, as I was repeatedly routed through a customer service representative and denied direct communication with the supervisor. This conduct demonstrates a troubling lack of regard for customer privacy and data protection."

"The therapist I went to see yesterday was extremely helpful during my intake appointment, after an hour discussion I reveled that everyone has a connection with themselves in a different way. At the end of my session we concluded that sessions wouldn’t be mandatory but I’m able to call whenever I please. Thrive works does wonders, thank you!"

"SO UNPROFESSIONAL & SHADY. I had a awful experience with Cari Debey here. Had to cancel due to surgery & being under general anesthesia and she tried to charge me a late fee even though I offered to do the session virtually still, I just wasn’t able to drive since I had just gone under earlier that day. Second time I needed to reschedule & it was right within the 24 hour cancellation time because I had a work meeting come up and she still charged me the late fee… and then dropped me as a client. Would NEVER recommend this place or this therapist to anyone. What a joke."

They blend so well with my children and I , they are kind, caring, enable us to process the things we have gone threw and they honestly seem like they care about our well being and we are truly blessed to have them!
