"Google reviews do not accept zero stars. If you want to get a review, you have to give it a star. However, this does not mean that the star was deserved in this review. This review means a full zero. Web development never produced a functional and ready-made simple website. The packaging design expertise is illustrated by the fact that they used a white barcode, which is an inactive color in barcodes. They also did not know how to put a barcode on a curved packaging surface according to the recommendations. Tovar had no idea about these basic principles of packaging design and yet they offered this service. They did not answer their mother's phone, and did not even admit that they had done anything wrong. If the advertising agency industry were a licensed activity, at least one demand would have been made to deny Tovar's license. But when there is no licensing, even completely incompetent and irresponsible people can practice the activity. Unfortunately, this is how it is."
