"This review comes after collaborating with TRANSILVANIA MARKETING for a month and a half and aims to inform those who arrive here and not be misled by the high rating they have on Google Maps (as I was) So after the first discussions with Vladut (the sales agent), in which we discussed a lot and among many aspects I asked him to analyze the site and the business so that we would not have subsequent discussions about things not working out because of the site! (as has happened with other agencies). It should be noted that Vladut seemed like a great person to me, it seemed to me that we resonated and one reason why we said we would collaborate was empathy! (don't do the same) All good and beautiful, contract signed (their fee is not small) the campaigns started and......THAT'S IT, that's it....The colleague Marius, who was in charge of the account, could see that he was super busy and that the situation was beyond him..he said YES YES YES we'll do it.. and we stayed with that. The campaigns and settings were changing after I insisted quite a lot. In the last week before we ended the collaboration, the campaigns were not entered at all. There was also a Wapp group with several people but there was no response or it was difficult to respond there either. After all this, after a month and 2 weeks, we started with approx. 10 orders and a ROAS of 0.76, in the context in which Vladut presented at the beginning that we would establish a ROAS of 4 in the first 2 weeks and then we would start to scale, I told him from then on to call things by their names and not to use exaggerated optimism! That's exactly what happened! This review comes after the last conversation (because if they talked nicely and took on some things, it wouldn't have reached this review and we're still trying to find a way) where what do you think Vladut said?! (the man who said he analyzed the site and the project and that everything was ok) "Have you seen what your product prices are?" That was the man's response after a month and a half of collaboration and what do you think, that was the reason why things didn't work out. So this agency is like most, they aim to bill you for as many months as possible and if you leave, you leave..others come, they don't think about long-term projects! Don't be fooled by the number of reviews here, they are all from 3 years ago and without clear explanations!"
