"The Tribute Store flower link run through Frazer Consultants leaves consumers heartbroken when the promise of floral delivery is not fulfilled. Before you sign up with this company, do your research on this part of the package. I was promised flowers on Friday morning for a Sunday afternoon service, my credit card was charged, and I was later informed on Saturday evening via email (even though they had my phone number) that they couldn't fulfill the order. "We tried three florists" was the excuse. Seriously? There are hundreds of florists in the State of New Jersey, but there were no florists open by the time I was informed there was a problem (36 hours after the order). I could have easily found a florist myself on Friday but thought using the link on the funeral home website would be the best option. I WAS SO WRONG AND THIS HAS HAPPENED TO MANY PEOPLE IF YOU READ REVIEWS. Your reply shows a complete lack of understanding of the problem. There's no reason you couldn't have informed me during normal business hours so that I could have found a florist on my own. There were many many options available to me, but none were available after business hours on a Saturday. To try and justify your response time of 30 hours defies logic."
"My family and I were graciously served by many of our friends and relatives who sent flowers to us through the funeral home's website. We received several flower arrangements to the services and they were all fresh, beautiful and brought warmth to us on a very hard day. We so appreciate the care that was taken!"
"Another story of astounding incompetence! Placed an order thru The Tribute Center Store on Friday for a Sunday afternoon funeral service. They responded over 36 hours later and just 4 hours before the service that they wouldn’t be able to fulfill the order in time. Called the funeral home to complain and they too had a complete lack of give-a-damn. Tried to research reviews on Google but Fraser Consultants, LLC is obviously well educated on burying Google search results on their little parasitic endeavor. The reason we ordered from them in the first place was the other floral websites in the area were warning upfront that they may not be able to deliver. Being that this was part of the Daniels Family Funeral Home’s website in Union Grove, WI, we foolishly assumed it could be trusted. And since that funeral home’s answering service, who apparently answers for other funeral homes, had heard this before, it’s obvious this is far more than an exception to the rule."
"Here is a review! I don’t need to be reminded of my best friends death so you can try to make money for a freaking tree in a national park on the day of her death! Like I didn’t know it was the 1 year anniversary of the day of her death! It broke my heart to open an email and see her picture from her obituary on the very day a year later of when I lost her! I messaged the funeral home to find out it was a 3rd party doing this! Stop it! It’s not appropriate! I didn’t need to be reminded! I have lived it every day for a year!"
