"I've never seen such terrible service. They treated people horribly, they were rude, and they refused to give me back my package even though the expiration date hadn't expired. The worst post office and staff ever."
"Terrible service. Rudeness. What really upset me was that I sent a package, paid for delivery and packaging, but on the receipt they charged me for some card I'd never seen before, but they charged me for it. At first, I thought maybe the girls had sent that card by accident, but when it became systematic, my outrage knew no bounds. What do you call it? Rating up an item I don't need without my knowledge and taking it for themselves? That's stealing. And most importantly, my friend and I witnessed more than once how some woman, most likely their boss, came and told us how to do things properly, or more precisely, how to rip off customers. So if you use this post office, always check what they charge on your receipt."
"Terrible attitude, they speak to customers in a bossy tone, pushing them around. I had paid in full for both the package and delivery through Promise, but I had to pay again. So, when I refused the package, they tried to force me to do the work for them. They insult me and get personal."
"Good and polite employees. Sometimes there are queues but it doesn't depend on the employees (it just happens that many people come to pay utility bills and send or receive parcels)"
"They're wasting their time. Today, I was served by an incontinent, incompetent, and nervous individual. The package arrived last week—they didn't call or notify me. My phone number was incorrect; the same idiot accepted the package in another city. They charged me for storage. When I asked why I should pay for storage, the answer was: "All questions for the sender." "But!" The postal worker accepted the package (typed text), missed one digit in the phone number, and there's no address. What's my fault? When I asked again, "Where can I complain?" the person went wild. She snatched the package, started taking photos, throwing it back, and acting smart. She was completely incompetent, like, "You're in a bad mood this morning!" What business is it of hers, really? Answer the questions to the point and don't get on your or other people's nerves. Overall, I can't leave a positive review for this employee."
