I discovered through a technician that they had used a free template and therefore hadn't been built from scratch for me, and that it was the bare minimum for that price. The site had indeed had problems from the start, and every small fix/change cost a lot of money, until the final issue arose. They asked me for a fee that would allow them to rebuild the site from scratch, to fix a problem they, again, created because the graphics were destroyed precisely because of problems with the (free) template. I dropped my lawsuit just to avoid spending more money that I couldn't afford at the time. Shameful is an understatement."
