"Setting up was easy and painless to get a registered agent for my annual report filling for $49 a year, but STOP CHARGING PEOPLE 239 AUTOMATICALLY FROM CORPORATE FILINGS LLC IN WYOMING. If someone is buying a registered agent, they are more than likely filing on their own, and maybe it was sneakily somewhere in the signup process, but it is deceptive and not good business to be doing this automatically. You just lost yourself a customer for next year being as shady as this less than a week into being partnered as a registered agent."

The company confirmed this and refused to return the prepayment, even though the information during the webinar was misleading. I’ve submitted an official complaint through the BBB. Be extremely careful before paying money to a company that can easily scam you."

FRA will extort you with a $9 fee plus shipping for all of your mail. I needed a single piece of mail and they wanted $17 for the cheapest option. They DO NOT forward mail without a fee for EVERY SINGLE PIECE. They will lie to you and say anything they need to get your business then stab you in the back and extort you every step of the way after that. Run from these crooks. Run!"
