"I attended a quality assurance seminar at the TÜV NORD Academy in Hanover and have only positive things to say about the experience, from registration to completion. The registration process was extremely professional, and I was thoroughly informed beforehand – from parking options to catering. The training rooms are modern and well-equipped, and the training materials were of very high quality, both in print and digital formats. Breakfast and lunch were excellent. In the morning, participants could choose from a variety of sandwiches (from minced pork to Camembert) as well as fruit with yogurt. For lunch, there were several main courses, all of which were of high quality. Throughout the day, participants were also very well catered for: • Coffee and drinks were available in the seminar rooms. • Fruit and tea were available in the foyer. • From 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., there was a huge selection of ice cream for participants – unlimited! • Small snacks were also provided in the afternoon. The parking situation is exemplary. There is ample parking, including a large parking area at the rear and a parking garage, so finding a parking space shouldn't be a problem for anyone. A particularly positive aspect: You can stay in the training rooms even after the official seminar hours to study undisturbed. I myself was able to stay until 7:30 p.m. without any issues. The instructor was highly knowledgeable, and the materials provided—both printed and digital—were very professional. No blurry copies, but clean, newly printed documents. In two weeks, I will be attending another seminar there, this time with an exam to become a quality manager, and I will report back on how well I was prepared. So far, I can wholeheartedly recommend the TÜV NORD Academy—top-notch organization, excellent learning conditions, and an outstanding overall package!"

"Every government office in Hanover is a disaster. The TÜV (Technical Inspection Association) is no exception. No one answers the phone, no matter how many times you call. Furthermore, they schedule and take practical driving test appointments however they please. They don't give any reasons other than "employees are sick" or "skilled worker shortage," etc. I was supposed to have my test tomorrow (I would have been the only one scheduled for tomorrow), and they simply canceled it and gave me an appointment for a week later. Thanks for nothing. Honestly."

"I attended the petroleum electrician course there. The instructors conveyed their knowledge well. Parking was easy, and the lunch was delicious. All in all, I'd gladly go again."
