"I am so disappointed. I was told that I will get a package deal. Yes it was at a good price, but Gabriel told me I will get a free phone service. When he tried to get the service he said it wouldn't work, then he said I can just get a new phone then he said that didn't work. I told him I wanted to wait because I want the phone service are phone as well not just the Internet. He said he promise I will get it. But then he said I have to wait until I get my service first. But he said they were working on it and that was before I got my service turned on so why now I have to wait to get the service. So after I get the service he tells me him and his boss is working on me getting the phone financed. He doesn't reach out to me with updates I have to reach out to him UNPROFESSIONAL. I rent apt, houses, and college dorm and I have not one time lied to anyone to rent a unit. Plus I don't appreciate getting Lied to. I had nothing but good customer service with alterfiber nor have they lied to me are gave me false information. I will not recommend Gabriel service are spectrum. Because you"
