"The room is OK but as far as the service in the restaurant goes it is not 4 star hotel for sure. Lots of staff working basically only communicating with each other. They offer something and forget to get your order at breakfast time (I waited for my scrambled eggs 3 days in a row and never got them! 3rd day I pressed contiuously and nicely about the order and they came finally only to tell me there are no eggs). The staff needs a good manager to administer them, teach them to be a bit more communicative with the guest and his needs. Good luck."
"It's good for budget travelers. My dislikes were the lack of an iron and the restaurant in the first floor is nothing to write home about. You are better of buying food elsewhere, but I still enjoyed my night and loved my stunning view of Kharkov from my window."
