"I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the support I have received from UNICAF regarding ongoing issues with my course instructor. Despite my repeated attempts to address my concerns, I have encountered a lack of response and acknowledgment that is unacceptable for an institution that claims to uphold high academic standards. I initially raised a complaint over a week ago about the instructor’s failure to respond to my questions regarding a critical point in the final assessment. This is not the first time my inquiries have gone unanswered. Additionally, I submitted an assessment on September 1st and have yet to receive any feedback, which has severely hindered my ability to meet upcoming academic deadlines. The only response I received from the support team came after more than four business days, and it simply dismissed my concerns by directing me to a guide on how to contact the instructor through the study platform. This is not what I requested; I sought assistance in the form of another instructor addressing my concerns, given the lack of communication from the current one. The ongoing silence from UNICAF regarding my situation has eroded my trust in the integrity and qualifications of the instructor involved. There has been no evidence provided to confirm his credentials as an academic professional, further compounding my concerns about the grading of my submitted work. I had high expectations when I enrolled in this program, particularly after the promises made by the registration department regarding ongoing support and communication. Unfortunately, those promises have not been fulfilled. I hope this review reaches someone in a position to take my concerns seriously and initiate appropriate actions. As a student, I deserve to have my issues acknowledged and addressed promptly."

"This is aimed towards Unicaf's workplace. This is the perfect example of a typical toxic workplace. People think they have the right to treat employees however they desire because they've grown up to underestimate minimum wage workers. This is completely unacceptable as most of those workers growing up didn't have the best opportunities leaving jobs like these as their only option. Not only that, but most of them have families they need to support financially. Now how is one supposed to rely on the financial stability of their job when "entitled" people have the power to not only fire them without a valid reason but also do so without a legally required notice. This is a disgrace and no-one should feel obligated to tolerate this behaviour."
