The staff is consistently unhelpful and comes across as lazy. I genuinely recommend driving to a different UPS Store. Even if this location is on your way, it’s worth going out of your way to avoid it. They seem determined to deny requests, reject returns for arbitrary reasons, or add extra charges unnecessarily."
"Service was terrible. They were trying to charge me exorbitant amount for printing lable and for a single tape for my UPs Amazon return. I took my return to Staples at Bishops Conner and only paid 30 cents for printing return lable and no charge to tape the box. Folks run away from this ups store."

I live nearby simsbury and I go UPS store at 542 Hopmeadow St, Simsbury, CT 06070 and I don't charge small things like lable and tape etc. Guys try to go the UPS store in the above address and see the difference of service they provide."
