"The most terrible branch of Ukrposhta. They call themselves the Main Post of the country, but it's just a farce!!! I haven't been able to pick up my parcels properly for 2 months (not once, but constantly!!!). You stand in line for HOURS. Only one person works, and at that speed, it would be better not to do anything. At the same time, in the branch, sorry, there's a lot of new parcels that they stupidly threw in. And on top of that, they decided to shorten the working week - now we work 3 days, but in the country it's like a three-day working week, if you didn't know😏 There's nowhere to stand in the middle. Picking up a parcel is impossible, the queues are like in the Soviet Union. I give one star - and that's TOO MUCH for such horror!!! Photos taken on more than one day, I add. Ukrposhta, figure this out!!!!!"
"Horror, not a branch. The queues are huge, the workers don't understand what they are doing there at all. Parcels lie and are not sorted out for weeks. The rude people without electricity don't want to look, there is a generator but they don't know how to use it. They leave the branch open without employees who just leave and leave. They may not open at all and not come to work. It used to be more or less, but since December 2025 it is a trash branch, but unfortunately it is not fashionable to choose a delivery method other than Ukrposhta on sites such as Ali Express or tema. They come from China faster than they sort it out here…."
"The post office is terrible; nothing has changed over the years. Queues are constant, notices and summonses are either not delivered or handed over to people who have no connection to the post office. The middle is constantly jammed with parcels, and people have to stand outside in winter. The post office schedule changes frequently, and this is the only post office for the entire village of 30,000. There's a constant shortage of operators and postmen, and the management seems to be fine with that. Maybe the director of Ukrposhta should consider installing Ukrposhta parcel terminals in towns, since this is the case at so many post offices, or reduce his own salary, since the branch's operations and schedule leave much to be desired. I'm tired of walking 1 km to the post office, then standing in line for hours, and then walking 1 km back. It's the 21st century."
"Unfortunately, Ukrposhta cannot compete with the same new mail. There are no problems with working people, they always helped me, they accepted me without a queue, even at the expense of their own time. But the branch works with a lunch break, until 6 pm, when most of the working population is just getting off work at this time. It becomes very difficult to get there ((("
"Two days looking for a parcel among a pile of boxes piled on top of each other. The queue is 50 minutes long in the frost of -12, people are waiting on the street. One man works, very, very slowly. Two days in a row I waited in line, in total I spent an hour and a half on it, only to finally find the parcel in the most visible place, which they ignored. The reason is a mess in the system, in the warehouse. I swear I will never order anything there again"
