"My experience with Unleashed Marketing started off rocky. The team is good with communication but overall, I wasn’t satisfied with the results. I don’t feel the value matched the cost, especially for the level of performance and responsiveness I expected. During the 3 month trial (that you have to do, you will sign a contract for committing for 3 months), we did Facebook Ads, got me nowhere. Then for the next 3 months I tried Google Ads with them, also got me nowhere. Every single lead that came through was low quality. I was able to continue to afford them through client’s that came through my own website or referrals, nothing from them. I wish I could take back every dollar I spent with them but now thousands on thousands are gone. I wasted so much money and time with these people, and I hate to regret it. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because although they overpromise and underperform, they tried their best. Audrey, Pam, Alex, and Glenn were always kind and trying to make changes. Ariel got me into a sales bootcamp after 2 times of trying to cancel with him, although I never appreciated his attitude. I’m sharing this to other small business owners so they can make an informed decision — I’d recommend reviewing their policies carefully before signing. I unfortunately though cannot recommend anyone to sign with Unleashed. I also have a friend who works with them that is experiencing the same poor results and his budget is 5x more than mine. Please take your business somewhere else and don’t waste your money here."

Been using them for about five years now and I’ve never had to worry about making a payment for my rent in five years they’re like printing money you put in one dollar you get five back. "I was very excited to get ahold of one of their consultants to help with the marketing for my dog training business. His pitch was great and he seemed excited to move forward. We scheduled a zoom call and asked that I text him my email to send some more information to me before our meeting. I sent him my email right after our call, excited to move forward with the company, and never received an email from him or Unleashed Consulting at all. The day of our scheduled call, I messaged the representative that I spoke to on the phone and did not get a response. I checked to make sure that I gave the correct email and I checked everyone in my email to make sure I didn't miss anything. I turned down a client for the time slot that I had scheduled this zoom call for and never heard from anyone at Unleashed Consulting. I called and texted the consultantant and the number associated with Unleashed Consulting every day after that for a few days, willing to still give them a chance and never heard back. I feel very let down and very frustrated that this is how they choose to operate their business. I'm relieved to find out this way as opposed to this being how they conduct business with my potential clients and make me look unprofessional for being associated with them. I know they've worked with one of my competitors and wondered if that's why they haven't responded, but on the initial call they asked me if I knew him and said it wouldn't be a problem to work with me as well. Either way, not responding or following up with a scheduled meeting is not a professional way to go about handling not moving forward with someone professionally."
