"They're not serious; they advertise a service based on results, but in reality it's just a publicity stunt. They're just another agency, claiming to be so confident in their work that they can rely on the results they achieve, but evidently they're not that confident! I'm not questioning their expertise, as I haven't had the opportunity to test them, but the services they advertise (since they're promises to the public) should definitely match the services offered.
