I cancelled my account in Jan 2025. They started billing me in December 2025 with no authorization. I contacted them, they apologized, assured me it would not happen again, and then billed me two more times in the same month. They operate outside ethical and moral guidelines."

"Unethical billing practices and violation of California law I requested to cancel my UpGrow services months ago, yet the company has continued to charge me. Their platform makes it extremely difficult to find or complete the cancellation process, which violates California’s Automatic Renewal Law (Business & Professions Code §17602). This law requires companies to provide a simple online cancellation method and to stop billing immediately after a valid cancellation request. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, the issue remains unresolved. I will be filing complaints with the California Attorney General’s Office and the FTC for unfair business practices. Consumers should be aware that canceling with this company is not straightforward and may lead to unauthorized charges."
