"The first impression of the office building and the flexible workspace setup is good. However, after signing, REGUS fails to honor its obligations. Verbal agreements are completely irrelevant. You receive a barrage of documents, emails, and demands that you have to fulfill to supposedly get the green light to use the service (which you've already been paying for). A never-ending prayer... Feedback to your answer: Naturally, I've written numerous emails and contacted the Regus team repeatedly over the past four months. The problem remains: Regus is not honoring its agreements and the resulting obligations. And now I've been paying for more than four months for a service I can't use. It's a never-ending prayer..."
"Where do I begin… This is without a doubt one of the biggest disappointments in my 15 years of doing business with a company. The only thing I can give them credit for is their onboarding process. I received excellent support and proper follow-up to move on to a sale. What you would choose Willemsplein 2 for: The location of the property. Things to consider very carefully if you rent here: – The poor communication from Regus about everything – Having to assemble your own office on day one – Poor phone service throughout the building – Numerous hidden costs – Dirty carpet – A virtually empty building – No Friday afternoon drinks, no socializing whatsoever – Overpaying for the square footage – Huge price increases after your first rental period – Long wait times for additional furniture that is never delivered – The condition of the furniture you do receive And finally: you'll receive a hefty bill for "cleaning" your office, with an exorbitant amount. They'll never see me again!"
"They completely ignore the customer. If something goes wrong on-site, they hide behind the head office's policies and claim "unfortunately, there's nothing they can do about it." I don't recommend this office to anyone. Update to my review following Regus's response: see the response below. Another standard response and completely unfocused on the customer. I'm registered in Regus's system, and now I have to contact them because they want to know more about my experience. Worthless."
