La propensione, poi, a non onorare gli impegni presi con fornitori e collaboratori può solo dare un’idea più chiara di cosa stia realmente accadendo."

Every time I called, no one answered, so much so that I thought they were closed due to COVID, but a while ago I stopped by their office and the concierge told me they'd been gone for several years without a trace. Yet, even if I report the business as nonexistent on Google, it's still there. A real mystery. Evidently, the rumors I'd heard weren't so far-fetched. Eventually, I contacted another agency, this time with an office and who answers the phone, which gave me the quote I needed. Update after the owner's response: Mr. Urso Pubblicità & Marketing (assuming that's your real name), you're absolutely right about everything. I'm certainly a fictional character, as is the concierge at Via Marchese di Villabianca 54 who claims the agency hasn't been at that address for years, and this is all a conspiracy hatched behind his back. But you, with all your experience, can easily ignore it. After all, you have a beautiful website (which, unfortunately, I don't know how to use) that presents you in all your magnificence, and as we all know, everything you find on the internet is pure truth that absolutely cannot be altered. Besides, even I've realized that I'm a fictional character! Before I leave you to your many commitments (award acceptance, courses, seminars, quotes, phone calls, world peace, etc.), General Urso Pubblicità & Marketing (assuming that's your real name), I have a question for you. If, as you rightly state, "a professional advertising agency is not a storefront with a street-facing window," and therefore one address is as good as another, why didn't you choose a location more suited to your professional stature, like St. Peter's Square in Rome? Now I disappear forever and return to the fantasy world from which I came."
