"Absolute trash operation. My appointment was at 4:00 PM. I didn’t get a dock until 6:00 PM, and now it’s 7:00 PM and they STILL haven’t even touched the load. No updates, no explanations, no accountability — just drivers sitting around like we don’t have lives, logs, or money to make. This place clearly does not care about drivers at all. Completely disorganized, painfully slow, and run by people who have zero respect for anyone’s time. Warehouses like this are the reason trucking is miserable. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dump."

"This warehouse is an absolute embarrassment to the industry. My appointment was at 11:00 AM. I was left sitting all day with ZERO communication and didn’t even get a dock until 6:00 PM. It’s now 7:00 PM and they still haven’t started loading. That’s an entire day wasted. They clearly do not care about drivers, our HOS, or the money we lose sitting here unpaid. No updates, no urgency, no professionalism — just pure incompetence from top to bottom. This place is completely disorganized and poorly managed. Warehouses like this destroy schedules, force drivers to burn hours, and then act like it’s normal. If you value your time, your logs, or your sanity, stay far away from this dump. One of the worst shippers I’ve ever dealt with."

"12 hours to get loaded. This is my second time here. Took 12 hours to get loaded, took 15 hours the first time. This will mess up your clock and your next two days. Each time I come here I end up getting 2-3 layovers for the loading and for the additional days since it’s impossible to make on time delivery."
